Daily feeding and basic care for stray animals in one locality — cows, dogs, and others — run by a community-selected doer, with feeding logs and photo proof of every round. Do it as seva in the name of your faith, or simply out of compassion; the route is the same and it stays clean.
How this will work

How this stays clean
Every rupee's path is public. Feeding rounds are validated community-notes style — validators who were never involved in the doing must agree the animals were actually fed, log by log, photo by photo.
