Build a school room
Classrooms, toilets and drinking water built or repaired in a government school, because education needs sanitation and safety as much as it needs teachers, delivered by a community-selected doer with before-and-after proof and community validation.
How this will work
- 1People pledge any amount toward this school's repair — intent only, no money moves.
- 2When pledges cross the viability line, doers bid with a plan: what gets built or repaired, materials, labour and the cost per unit of work.
- 3The community votes to select the doer. Collection starts, funds sit in escrow, released against each validated milestone.
How this stays clean
Every rupee's path is public. Before-and-after photographs are dated and geotagged. Validators who were never part of the construction must confirm the work was genuinely done before funds release.

No money is collected yet. This is a pledge of intent — collection begins only when fulfilment, escrow and community validation go live, and you confirm.
