Run a community health centre
A basic health centre in an underserved area, staffed and kept running by a community-selected doer, with patient records and community validation of every consultation day.
How this will work
- 1People pledge any amount toward running this centre — intent only, no money moves.
- 2When pledges cross the viability line, doers bid to run it — with their staffing plan and per-consultation cost.
- 3The community votes to select the doer. Collection starts, funds sit in escrow, released against each validated month of service.
How this stays clean
Every rupee's path is public. Patient counts and consultation logs are validated community-notes style: validators who were never part of running the centre must confirm the care was truly given.

No money is collected yet. This is a pledge of intent — collection begins only when fulfilment, escrow and community validation go live, and you confirm.
